CAMDEN, Arkansas, May 5, 2026 – Lockheed Martin and Lithuania’s Ministry of National Defence have officially unveiled the country’s inaugural HIMARS launchers, a milestone that strengthens Lithuania’s defence, deters aggression, and boosts interoperability with NATO partners. The ceremony took place in Camden, Arkansas, last week and was capped by a signed joint statement between Lockheed Martin and the Lithuanian Ministry of Defence to deepen cooperation on security, defence and industrial opportunities.

• Expanding Partnerships – The joint statement – signed by Vitalija Zumerienė, Lithuania’s vice‑minister of National Defence and Gaylia Campbell, vice president of Tactical Missiles at Lockheed Martin – highlights a growing collaboration that will explore joint industrial opportunities, aligning with Lockheed Martin’s strategy to increase its global base of suppliers and industry partners to meet increased domestic and international demand for its combat-proven capabilities.
• Bolstering the U.S. and Allied Defense Ecosystem – Strengthened ties with allies support Lockheed Martin’s broader initiative to accelerate production, expand the global supply chain, safeguard U.S. jobs, and enhance the resilience of the U.S. defence industrial base worldwide.
• Proven Firepower – Already fielded by 14 NATO and partner nations, HIMARS delivers a highly mobile, precision‑guided artillery platform capable of accurately striking long-range targets.
