erco Aerospace, Inc. Signs Exclusive Worldwide Distribution Agreement with Tronair for Military Aftermarket Support ​

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Tronair has selected Derco Aerospace, Inc., a Sikorsky company, as its exclusive channel partner for the military aftermarket in a three-year agreement covering all ground support equipment (GSE).  Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX).

“Derco is focused on providing military operators and maintainers comprehensive aircraft sustainment solutions and services.  The agreement with Tronair provides Derco’s customers access to a vast array of GSE products from a trusted source,” said Mark Konzal, vice president of business development at Derco Aerospace. “Tronair’s innovative spirit and dedication to the military aftermarket is exemplary and Derco is proud to have this partnership with Tronair.”
 
Under the agreement, Derco Aerospace will market Tronair’s portfolio of products which includes ground power and hydraulic units, jacks, stands, servicing products, electrical stands, tugs, and more.  “The combination of Derco’s reach in the military aftermarket and Tronair’s reputation for engineering enduring and reliable products is an ideal match up that will benefit international operators and MRO facilities,” described Mark Iddon, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Tronair.
