Maria Lee Joins Lockheed Martin as Vice President, Investor Relations
Greg Gardner retires after 37 years of service to the company, effective Dec. 31, 2022

BETHESDA, Md., Oct. 10, 2022 – Lockheed Martin Corporation [NYSE: LMT] today announced the selection of Maria Ricciardone Lee as vice president of Investor Relations, effective Oct. 17. Lee succeeds Greg Gardner, who announced his plan to retire at the end of the year, after more than 37 years of dedicated service.

Lee joins Lockheed Martin after serving as vice president, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Global Components, at Arrow Electronics, Inc., where she was responsible for all enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting and analytics, as well as financial performance of the company’s largest business segment. She has 20 years of experience in publicly traded corporations and professional services, as well as experience leading strategy and valuation, investor relations, treasury, FP&A, and field finance across global industrial manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, electronics/computing distribution, and technology sectors.

Maria holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.
