BRAMPTON, ON, June 15, 2015 /CNW/ - On Thursday, June 18, media are invited to join Dynacare and five-year-old philanthropist Na'ama Uzan, as they partner to raise funds in search of a cure for her older brother's rare condition, Angelman Syndrome – a neurological disorder characterized by severe developmental disabilities, motor skill issues and seizures.
Na'ama will be selling lemonade, homemade chocolate chip cookies, popcorn, and cute smiles in front of our lunchroom, from her AS Lemonade Stand.
Since receiving a $2500 Community Outreach corporate donation from Dynacare last year, Na'ama has raised $50,000 to help fund AS research. Her advocacy has received international media attention.
