The Supplier Gold program is a key component of sustained supplier performance. The UTC-wide Supplier Gold Program helps suppliers improve performance, in turn improving overall business. In alignment with UTC’s Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) operating system, continuous improvement tools have been made available to UTC suppliers through  the Supplier Gold Program, providing a platform on which suppliers can implement a proven system that aligns with UTC’s internal standards. Corresponding to the ACE operating system ranking (Gold, Silver, Bronze and Qualifying.), the Supplier Gold Program similarly establishes four levels of supplier achievement with Gold also as its highest standard, ranking above Performing, Progressing and Underperforming.
