PASADENA, Calif., March 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) honored Lockheed Martin with the Small Business Industry Awards Large Prime Contractor of the Year award for its utilization of small businesses and superior performance on subcontracts at the agency's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).

The award also recognizes the corporation's integration and utilization of small businesses and its support to JPL's community and educational outreach programs.
