Derco Aerospace Awarded Exclusive Distribution Agreement by Eaton

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin - Derco Aerospace, Inc., a Sikorsky Aerospace Services (SAS) company, today announced the signing of a three-year agreement to exclusively distribute Eaton’s complete line of C-130 and F-16 products in select international markets. SAS is the aftermarket business of Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX).

A worldwide provider of aftermarket support services to international military operators and MRO facilities, Derco will exclusively distribute spares manufactured by Eaton to select international markets. Such spares comprise items for hydraulic, fuel, electrical and conveyance systems. All Eaton product lines, including hydraulic system pumps, Teflon hose assemblies, quick-disconnect self-sealing couplings and a wide variety of power-management relays and illuminated switches, will be available from Derco. Additionally, Derco and Eaton will continue to jointly offer repair and overhaul services for Eaton products.
