HERNDON, Va., May 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Known for innovation and IT systems integration, Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has been selected by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SSC) Atlantic to provide integrated command and control systems and services support through a contract that serves the U.S. Navy and a host of DoD stakeholders.

The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multi-award contract is for integrated command and control engineering and technical support services for command centers, including program management, technical engineering support, integrated logistics support, configuration and data management support, direct customer support, and security engineering support. Including options, if exercised, the cumulative value is worth more than $144M. Work will be performed in Charleston, S.C., San Diego, Calif., and various worldwide locations.
