LUFKIN, Texas, Jan. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockheed Martin's (NYSE: LMT) Lufkin Operations was selected as one of IndustryWeek magazine's "Top Ten Best Plants" for 2011.

IndustryWeek's Best Plants program, which honors 10 winners each year, recognizes world-class plants on the leading edge of manufacturing and operational excellence, with ongoing efforts to increase competitiveness, enhance customer satisfaction and create stimulating and rewarding work environments.
