GAITHERSBURG, Md., Oct. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Members of the media are invited to attend the Second Annual Lockheed Martin Cyber Security Awareness Day, an educational event for top Maryland high school students. In support of National Cyber Security Awareness Month, Lockheed Martin in partnership with the Tech Council of Maryland and National Cyber Security Alliance will host 150 Maryland high school students, eight universities and colleges, and three government agencies.

This event is designed to introduce high school students to cyber security careers, education and to promote safe online practices through a series of lessons and interactive stations.
