Lockheed Martin to Reach Two Decades of IT Support to Air Force Air Mobility Command
Company wins $65 million task order to continue IT support worldwide

O'FALLON, Ill., Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) is set to surpass the two decade milestone of information technology support to the U.S. Air Force Air Mobility Command (AMC) Directorate of Logistics with the recent award of a $65 million task order. The award consists of one base year and four option years and is a task order under the GSA Alliant indefinite-delivery-indefinite-quantity vehicle. 

Support on the task order includes IT infrastructure services and sustainment, program management, and software and database development and management.  Lockheed Martin employees are located across 17 AMC bases providing IT support to aircraft maintenance groups, as well as desktop and network support to AMC headquarters.  Under the task order, Lockheed Martin also provides programming and subject matter expertise for IT related issues.

Support is provided at AMC Headquarters at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., and at 16 other locations, including all AMC bases, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, and Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii.
