Lockheed Martin Units Name 18 Small Businesses as Outstanding Suppliers

Lockheed Martin will recognize 18 small businesses from across the United States for their outstanding support of the Corporation's business units in Orlando, FL, and Dallas, TX, at an awards ceremony this Friday in Orlando.

Each year, Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Dallas and Orlando, and Lockheed Martin Simulation, Training & Support in Orlando, nominate and select small businesses that have consistently provided outstanding support and products during the past year. Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX presents similar awards in December each year. Though the corporation has thousands of suppliers, only a few small businesses are recognized for their outstanding quality in goods and services.

"We have developed a long and valuable relationship with them and are happy to recognize the significant role they play in the success of our Corporation."
