Global Broadcast Service, or GBS, distributes content such as streaming video, files, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance imagery via satellites to warfighters around the world. The new architecture will be housed at the primary DECC in Oklahoma City, Okla., and another DECC, in Ogden, Utah, will serve as the Continuity of Operations site. Majority of work will be performed in Gaithersburg, Md., and Colorado Springs, Colo.
