Lockheed Martin
Under the contract, Lockheed Martin will provide core mission and business sustainment services that will support the research and development, engineering and technical contractor activities of the Joint Concepts and Experimentation Directorate. Lockheed Martin's role may include ID/IQ task management, training, physical, information and operations security support, facilities management and administrative services, among other activities.

JFCOM's Joint Concept Development and Experimentation has the responsibility for leading and coordinating joint concept development and experimentation (JCD&E) efforts of the services, the combatant commands (COCOM), and defense agencies.
