New Office Will Allow Company to Better Serve Department of Defense Customers

WHO: Lockheed Martin Corporation and Opus Corporation. Sully District Supervisor Michael R. Frey and Fairfax County Economic Development Authority President & CEO Gerald L. Gordon will be speaking at the ceremony. Lockheed Martin Vice President Bill Graham and Opus President & CEO Mark Rauenhorst will also speak at the groundbreaking event.

WHAT: Lockheed Martin will hold a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the beginning of construction on its new Stonegate II office facility in Chantilly. When complete, the 6-story, 145,000-square-foot building will house approximately 600 employees. Lockheed Martin's Systems Integration line of business will be the main inhabitant of the facility. Besides office and laboratory space, the building will include a 220-seat auditorium, a cafeteria and conference rooms.
