Lockheed Martin Wins U.S. Army's Strategic Services Sourcing IDIQ Contract

The U.S. Army Communication-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command, C-E LCMC, has awarded Lockheed Martin a Strategic Services Sourcing (S3) contract to provide support for command, control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems. The S3 contract is a ten- year, $19.25 billion indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracting vehicle with a base of five years and one five year option.

Under S3, Lockheed Martin will provide the Army with engineering, logistics, and business operations services. Lockheed Martin Systems Management leads a diverse team including fellow Lockheed Martin companies: Information Technology, Technical Operations, Integrated Systems & Solutions, Systems Integration-Owego, and Maritime Systems & Sensors. The team also includes twelve large business partners, twenty-five small business partners, and the Tobyhanna Army Depot.

The Army awarded a total of seven S3 contracts -- four full and open and three to small business.
