    • Lockheed Martin and Raytheon Reach Settlement Agreement for DCGS

    Lockheed Martin and Raytheon Company today announced they have reached an out of court settlement agreement on the Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) litigation. While the details of the settlement are confidential, it enables both companies to pursue future DCGS efforts together or with other industry partners and respect the proprietary information agreements between the two companies.

    Headquartered in Bethesda, Md., Lockheed Martin employs about 135,000 people worldwide and is principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture and integration of advanced technology systems, products and services. The corporation reported 2004 sales of $35.5 billion.
