Lockheed Martin Files Amendment to Registration Statement

Lockheed Martin Corporation announced that it has filed a post-effective amendment to its shelf registration statement on Form S-3 relating to re-sales by holders of Lockheed Martin Floating Rate Convertible Senior Debentures due 2033.

Lockheed Martin originally issued the debentures in a private placement in August 2003. This announcement is made pursuant to the registration rights agreement entered into connection with the offering and does not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy securities.
