Lockheed Martin Stockholders Elect Joseph W. Ralston To Board of Directors

BETHESDA, Md.

Joseph W. Ralston has been elected to the Lockheed Martin Board of Directors. Ralston is a distinguished Air Force veteran and Vice Chairman of the Cohen Group. Stockholders approved the nomination on April 24 at Lockheed Martin's Annual Meeting. Lockheed Martin directors serve one-year terms.

Ralston, 59, is the former Commander, U.S. European Command and Supreme Allied Commander Europe, NATO. He also served as Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Ralston holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry from Miami University and a Master of Arts degree in personnel management from Central Michigan University.
