Valentino has extensive experience in manufacturing and supply management, and most recently was the deputy for Production and Life Cycle Programs and director of Production Programs for Lockheed Martin Naval Electronics & Surveillance Systems -- Surface Systems in Moorestown, N.J.

Valentino will be responsible for managing each phase of the production process for Tactical Systems' products: operations program management, transition to production, supply management, quality and mission success assurance, and lifetime product support. He will also provide oversight for the Tactical Systems production facility in Clearwater, FL.
Valentino is a graduate of Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
