On Monday, November 18, 2002, Kenneth Kasprisin, the federal security director for the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) will announce the successful deployment of highly-trained federal passenger screeners to our nation's 429 commercial airports on the eve of the one-year anniversary of the creation of the Transportation Security Administration. This announcement will echo a national announcement being made by Transportation Secretary Norman Y. Mineta at Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA).
