Lockheed Martin today released its press-briefing schedule for the Farnborough Air Show. All briefings will take place at the company's Partnership Pavilion, directly across from the company's business center at location D11-13, beginning as early as 9:00 a.m. daily, Monday, July 22, through Thursday, July 25.

The complete briefing schedule appears after the following items, which indicate briefings in which senior government officials and partner senior executives will join Lockheed Martin officials:

  *  Lockheed Martin will announce a new joint venture at 12:00 noon Monday,
     July 22.

  *  U.S. Air Force Secretary James Roche will join Dain Hancock, Lockheed
     Martin executive vice president and president of Lockheed Martin
     Aeronautics, at 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 22, to discuss the F-22's role
     in leading the future of air power projection.

  *  Gen. James Jones, commandant, U.S. Marine Corps, is scheduled to
     present a briefing on the JSF's role as the future of Marine Corps
     tactical aviation at 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 22.

  *  Brig. Gen. John Hudson of the U.S. Air Force, F-35 JSF program director
     for the U.S. Department of Defense, and senior officials from each of
     the international partner nations in the JSF program, will join Hancock
     and Tom Burbage, Lockheed Martin's JSF executive vice president, at
     11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 23, for a briefing on the program's commitment

  *  A significant expansion of Lockheed Martin's transatlantic helicopter
     partnership with AgustaWestland will be announced by Steve Moss,

The F-16 Fighting Falcon, NATO's standard fighter, the C-130J Hercules transport produced in partnership with more than 50 British and continental European companies, and the C-27J Spartan transport developed in partnership with Alenia Aeronautica of Italy will participate in the daily flying program. F-16C, C-130J, P-3C and S-3B aircraft will be on static display in the U.S. Government paddock.
