Lynne V. Cheney Resigns From Lockheed Martin Board

Lockheed Martin today announced the resignation of Lynne V. Cheney from the Lockheed Martin Board of Directors. Mrs. Cheney had been a member of the board since the time of the Lockheed- Martin Marietta merger in 1995. She also served as a director of Lockheed Corporation from 1994 until 1995.

Vance Coffman, Lockheed Martin Chairman and CEO said, "Lynne will be missed.
